Sanitas Oro Reembolso (Reimbursement policy) - general information

Claims procedure
It is obligatory to produce your Sanitas membership card to qualify for the services recommended in Spain. Additionally the medical centre or hospital may require you to produce your tatest receipt to prove that you are up to date with premium payments and your identity card/ residence permit.
Your Sanitas membership card is personal and non-transferrable. Sign it as soon as you receive it.
When you use your Sanitas membership card to consult any recommended physician or service within our national network, remeber to dat and sign the document certifying the service provided by the physician, nurse or healthcare institution (one document per service only). You can ask for your own copy or receipt for the service provided, if you so require.
Your Sanitas membership card also contains the Sanitas 'General information' and 'Emergency telephone numbers' to help you access the services.
