General rules
The documents that you will receive when you enrol in your Sanitas Oro Reembolso insurance scheme and the general rules that apply are listed below. Please read them carefully to get the most out of your policy.
Documents for new Sanitas Oro Reembolso members
When you enrol in you Sanitas Oro Reembolso healthcare scheme you will receive a User's Guide which contains a list of the recommended practitioners in your area. You will also receive the following documents:
A. A copy of the policy containing the general and specific terms and conditions, supplementary travel care and any supplements in which you have enrolled. Also a copy which you have to sign and return to Sanitas in the business reply envelope provided.
B. Personalised Sanitas membership card for each member on the policy.
C. Several copies of the expense refund application forms.
