This product has been created for non-Spanish residents in Spain, over 60, who spend at least 6 months a year in Spain. There are 2 versions of this product:

"Excess"

"No Excess"

(Discount of 4% for annual payment 2% for 6 monthly payment and 1% for quarterly payment)

Maximum age: 70

Sanitas Oro Reembolso offers you the best medical services in Spain, assuring 100% cover for medical expenses when the services are provided by practitioners who are members of the medical staff recommended. If you choose to use a different practitioner in Spain or any other country Sanitas covers a percentage of the expenses (as stated in the terms and conditions of your policy).

PERSONALISED CUSTOMER SERVICE

Sanitas Oro Reembolso offers members a service that will take care of the internal management of the insurance policy (answering questions, booking appointments with our physicians, invoices). You will be assisted by a group of specialised consultants who will help with all formalities and manage your care needs.

Here are some of the services you are offered:

* Care advice: If you wish, we can help you choose one of the high quality medical services from our network. We cover 100% of the cost of these services, with no pre-payment required.

* Exclusive service for booking appointments with physicians within our network of Sanitas medical centres.

* Reimbursement claims are processed efficiently.

* There is a special Customer Service team (Monday to Friday, 0800-2200 hours)
