www.e-agentelocaldeseguros.com Sanitas Oro Reembolso (Reimbursement policy) - general informationProduct available in: Albacete, Andalucía, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Cataluña, Extremadura, Huelva, Huesca, La Rioja, Murcia, Soria, Teruel, Valencia (Comunidad), Zaragoza Sanitas Dental Supplement Sanitas offers the Sanitas dental supplement as an optional addition to your Sanitas Oro Reembolso scheme. This will entitle you to a wide range of benefits to prevent or resolve oral problems. Enrolment All you have to do is to tell me that you are interested in enrolling in this scheme and for a small additional premium you will qualify for the following services, eg: * 100% cover for plaque removal, extraction, fluoridation, crack sealing, oral/dental education, intrabuccal and intraoral X-rays, orthopantomograms etc * Part payment of the cost of the services (excess) provided under other benefits, including fillings, endodontics, prostheses, orthodontics etc The dental supplement must include all the members covered by the policy. General rules of Sanitas dental use You are entitled to receive Sanitas Dental services in any town in your area where Sanitas has accredited dentists. Although you are initially allocated a particular dentist when you enrol in the supplement, you are free to visit the surgery of any Sanitas dental member dentist in your region. You will be seen by appointment. You will have to produce your Sanitas membership card and the latest premium payment receipt, and any other form of identification required (ID card, residence permit etc) to qualify for any service covered by Sanitas dental. When the service is not 100% covered, you will also have to pay the excess directly to the dentist at the surgery.
